MRP Supports offers an Itauba Deck as an option to our IPE deck tiles for those projects seeking LEED points and those customers looking for a value engineered option.
Itauba is very similar in color to IPE, perhaps even a bit more walnut in appearance. Unlike IPE, Itauba has a character feature that appears as a occasional dark spot which appears as a drop of oil on the surface of the board.
Itauba and IPE share very similar technical performance characteristics, both being rated similar in strength properties (100psf live load) , highly durable and resistant to insect attack. Like IPE, Itauba Tiles are Class A Fire Rated.

I have been using your SE series pedestals for about 2 years now and love them. I was using a different brand that would take me approximately 2-4 minutes per pedestal to install. With the SE pedestals I have cut down my installation time by 50% in most cases. I installed 5000 square feet in 2 days with 4 guys using the SE pedestals. This would take me 4-5 days using another pedestal brand. A 600 square foot roof top would take me 13 hours to finish, I finished it in 6 hours with 3 guys.
