Does the system need to be contained on all sides?

Yes, in order to eliminate the potential for shifting the system MUST be contained on ALL sides.

What material are your pavers available in?

We offer IPE Wood Deck Tiles, Concrete Pavers, Porcelain Tiles and Wood Decking.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be in the form of completed units, full carton quantities and in their original carton(s) within 90 days from the original ship date. Please contact MRP Supports directly for further details or refer to page 1 of our price book.

What is the maximum load for your pedestals?

SE Series pedestals are rated at 2205 lbs per support.

NM Series pedestals are rated at 3200 lbs. per support.

What is the maximum height for your pedestals?

SE Series is 21.75" 

NM Series is 39"

Can we buy direct?

To get best pricing we would recommend going throung one of our authorized distributors.  Please call us at 800-828-8424 to find the closest distributor.

Do you ship same day?

Any expedited order that is received before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time we will do our best to ship out that day.  Our normal shipping time is two days from time of order. 

Where do you ship from?

We normally ship from our warehouse in Orchard Park, NY.  Sometimes depending what is ordered we might have to ship from another warehouse.

What is our freight policy?

We offer free freight on any order of at least $3,500 going to a commercial warehouse.  The customer is responsible for any accessorial charges such as liftgate. Some exclusions may apply, contact us for further details.

Do you have CAD Files, cut sheets, specs, etc. available?

Yes we have many items available to assist you with our products  Please let us know what is required so we can send to you.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes credit cards are available as a payment option.

Since we began using Eterno Adjustable Paver Supports last fall, we’ve been very impressed with the ease of installation, which in turn has benefited us greatly by reducing our labor costs. In addition to the labor cost savings, compared to the other adjustable paver supports on the market, we’re very pleased with the self leveling head, which is a major advantage when adjusting the pavers.
